Job Description
We have both private and public establishment in the country seeking to hire competent, dedicated, and hardworking individuals interested in working as Waiters/Waitresses
As a waiter/waitress, you’ll work in various hospitality and restaurant settings and will be required to effectively and positively welcome guests to the establishment. You’ll be also be responsible for the timely taking and fulfilling of guests order
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming customers to the establishment
- Receiving and processing customers payment
- Timely taking and fulfilling of guests order
- Interact effectively with guests to determine their preferences
- Ensure guests optimum satisfaction of all customers
- Cleaning and setting of table after use
- Timely relaying of guests order to the kitchen staff
- Addressing guests complaints, inquiries, and concerns
- Perform other assigned tasks diligently
